Mr. Samochodzik is a the cult hero from the series of novels by Polish author Zbigniew Nienacki written in 1970s.   Mr. Samochodzik (Thomas) is an art historian and detective, working on resolving cases related to theft, smuggling and forgery of works of art. Mr. Samochodzik is often called by critics the "Polish Indiana Jones" and as Indie he has an impressive knowledge of many areas.  Together with his friends, he solves dangerous and mysterious criminal--historical puzzles. His unfashionable vehicle hides supercharged Ferrari engine, and in need becomes a swimming amphibious. The complete set of three Mr. Samochodzik's movies on this 3-DVD set is a trip into the imagination of film aesthetics and 1970-1980s Poland - a real treat for "old school" Polish movie fans.
