Music offered by Maciej Fortuna Trio may be described as “jazz with soul”. Above all it is a creative, untammelled meeting of both musicians and stylistics they reprezent. Although naturally their aim is of course JAZZ. Each of the musicians contributes to the band and expects new experiences. Frank Parker described the band’s activity as learning from each other and learning about themselves at the same time. This guarantees the most important elements of jazz to be preserved: suspense, search and vicissitude.
