'I Love The Blues' will be the 46th record in the Polish jazz legend Jaroslaw Smietana's discography. Smietana is a musician, composer and producer well-known in the Polish jazz world. For years he has been working with Wojciech Karolak with whom he also created the upcoming record. On 'I Love The Blues' they will try to show the various shades of blues (classic blues, Chicago-blues and even rock and fusion) and mix them up in a spicy jazz sauce. S
‘Afrykanski Snieg’ (‘African Snow’) is a release which brings a lot of freshness, originality and stylistic dissimilarity into the Polish market. Los Agentos created a specific, soft sound mélange. All compositions are joint by intimacy mood and, though discreet, the tones form tricky harmony and one imbibes them just like the air! Every single musician who took part in the recording session for ‘Afrykanski Snieg’ has got his own music personality, his own melodic sense. And that is why the music, though rather raw, is sprightly, vivid and filled with vigor and inspiration.
