Q: How much are your products? A: Our regular price for most of the CD's in stock is $19.89. Multi-CD's sets, rare edition and vinyl are more. All items are always genuine and brand new, unless otherwise indicated.
Q: What types of payments do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks, cash and money orders. All on-line transactions are processed via secure (https) server using state of the art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, also known as secure order protection, secure certificate or digital certificate. Our on-line transaction are handled by ProStores, an eBay Company - one of world's largest and reliable e-commerce platforms.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we do ship worldwide to any place where mail goes.
Q: Where are you shipping from? A: We ship from our shipping warehouses in Poland and in the United States.
Q: How much is the shipping? A: Our shipping charges are in US dollars ($) and are the same for all customers worldwide. If your total order is: - less then $25.00 your standard shipping charge will be $3.95 ($13.95 for expedited shipping)
- between $25.00 and $50.00 your standard shipping charge will be $6.95 ($13.95 for expedited shipping)
- between $50.00 and $100.00 your standard shipping charge will be $9.95 ($29.95 for expedited shipping)
- between $100.00 and $150.00 your standard shipping charge will be $14.95 ($39.95 for expedited shipping)
- more then$150.00 your standard shipping charge will be FREE ($39.95 for expedited shipping)
Q: Do you offer insurance? A: Yes, all expedited shipment include free insurance and we offer additional insurance such as registered mail as well. Contact us at for your insurance quote. All buyers are strongly encouraged to insure their shipments because we can't be responsible for non-insured orders lost in the mail.
Q: Do you offer Money Back Guarantee? A: Yes, your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed - we gladly accept returns if the items you have purchased from us don't meet your needs. We will refund your full purchase price within 15 days of of your order. All returns must be in their original condition. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization so we can process your return. You will have to cover the cost of shipping, but if the problem is a result of our error, we will pay your freight back to you.
Q: I don't want to place my order on-line. Can I place my order on the phone? A: Yes, please contact us give us your phone number and the best time to call you. We will take your information via phone and process your order "live".
Q: How can I check the status of my order? A: You will receive emails from us with updates on the status of your order. At anytime, you can also go to the Customer Service, Account History page on this website, which will list all your orders. Log-in and click the date of the order whose status you wish to review.
